Dr. Rodríguez has a professional experience in Geotechnical Engineering spanning 40 years. He has been a Consultant for geotechnical firms, designers, contractors, insurance companies, and government agencies (including ARPE, PRHTA, DENR, PRASA, PREPA, AFI, PRPA, etc.) in both Puerto Rico and abroad. Dr. Rodríguez has authored over 2,500 technical reports and 15 technical papers. He is an appointed permanent Member of the CIAPR Earthquake Commission.
